00 Alphabet Affirmations

If we imagine The Hypnotic Alphabet as an album, this would be the prelude. I've been meaning to make it for a while and I got a good spark of creative energy today. This is that first track, to really get things going. It's also a list of personal affirmations I wrote and have used for years for therapeutic purposes, so if you're feeling a little wonky and need something kinda nice, that's what this is intended for. It is still a hypno file, and it does still use classic techniques for trance, but the overall message is something a bit positive. Kind of like Confidence Caress, but subliminals. Contains imagery of self love, self compassion, self protection, and empathy towards both yourself and others. This one is a freebie.
